Google deliver excluded IP clicks and gets money for that

The feature which is available in Google AdWords called excluded IP, I used that feature to prevent Google from delivering inappropriate visitors to my advertising adds. Now I realised that I’m still receiving those clicks. When I contacted Google with that matter, they send me bunch of bullshit information, which basically explains errors are happens, and nothing else and refused to return the money.

No matter what you do, you still have to pay even for Google mistakes. I hope one day Google will have good competitors which make them feel that, they not the owners of Internet advertising’s.
