Yesterday I had an issue with integration of processing to one of my client’s website, and I contacted to PayPal in order to resolve my problem. I was transferring from one department to another and spent almost whole day till I get connected to technical department where I was able to explain in details the problem. It was very simple question regarding integration of instant payment notification to the website from free trial subscription feature, which is available in PayPal. I spent hours with writing back and force messages via support ticket section. And finally I received completely wrong answer from technical support person. After all I found myself answer on my question, and submitted to PayPal. Of course I accepted the apology from that guy, but it won’t return my time, which I spent on that matter.
PayPal needs to check up on their technicians. If people will have such a bad experience as I did, the services will start losing they value. I like the PayPal as it is the safe method of payment on internet, but they should not forget that there are many other merchant companies available on internet.
